What to Expect
PACKAGES
SILVER
Recommended for Live Events seeking a volume of headshots with limited-time. Each person will have 3-5 minutes. Dustin, the photographer, will quickly stage them, making slight adjustments to hair and wardrobe and then take a handful of shots. Due to time restrictions, clients will not be able to review their photos the day-of. Instead, proofs will be delivered in an online gallery for them to make their final select. This is our efficient, volume-focused package.
Booking Length: Contingent Upon Group Size
Individual Session Length: 2-5 minutes per person.
Headshot Minimum: 35 People. Can accommodate up to 100 per day.
Deliverables: Digital proofing gallery. 1 final edited image per person
$2250.00 for initial 35 people. $25 per additional person.
GOLD
Recommended for groups who are seeking a more catered experience. If you’re team members don’t have a uniform and aren’t sure what will photograph best, they are welcome to bring 2-3 options. Dustin, the photographer, will help select the outfit and then finesse hair and wardrobe placement. He’ll also connect his camera to an iPad Pro, which will allow your team members to immediately review their images while they shoot and provide feedback on which angles and expressions they prefer. We always want everyone to feel their personal best, so we shoot until each person feels happy with their headshot! At the end of their session, they’ll be able to select their hero image. This makes sure that everyone has an image they love and allows us to immediately edit and deliver the images after the shoot, expediting the delivery process.

Individual Session Length: 10-15 minutes per person.
Deliverables: 1 final edited image per person.

PLATINUM
Our top tier option for companies seeking a detailed, curated collection of employee headshots. This includes everything in our Silver Package plus Hair and Makeup touch-up. The best imagery is created when everyone (men and women) receives a little touch-up (smoothing skin, mitigating shine, adding volume to hair, cleaning-up eyeliner, shaping facial hair etc.) from a pro before their session. It makes a big difference! Our Hair and Makeup Artist will be on-set for “Last Looks,” so that each team member can receive personalized attention from an industry expert to look their best.
