We want your headshots to look like a commercial or movie. That means we need the right visual ingredients: styled wardrobe, professional makeup, and amazing lighting!

1. Dustin will style you, but he can only work with what you bring. Arrive with lots of wardrobe options in a variety of textures, cuts, and colors. Review our wardrobe guide wardrobe guide for a full breakdown. Also, be sure to bring it all pressed and on hangers.

2. Book Makeup. While you may be good at doing your own makeup, a pro makeup artist will always be able to do it better. We only work with pros who book on commercials and TV, so you’re getting the best around! All day, every day, they study and paint faces. They know what works. They’ll also take care of little details that make a big difference like hair shine, framing your face, and fly aways.

3. Lighting - we’ve got that covered!

4. Prep everything you are bringing the night before and leave extra early. This will make it all easy the day-of, ensuring that you aren’t stressed and can be present and focused.

Professional work requires a lot of overhead and investment to produce results that are, well, professional. We shoot on a Hasselblad, the top camera sensor around, which gives our photos a 3-dimensional look. It’s a 10k camera package. We also invested in lights, light modifiers, backdrops, and a full studio suite.

While someone at a lower price point is definitely more affordable, you won’t get the same quality and quality matters if you want to be taken seriously and be in the mix for bigger opportunities. If you’re roof breaks, you’re probably going to hire a professional who’s been the business for 10+ years and has the top tools in the business, over your friend who just started out. It’s the same deal with headshots.

You’ll have to drive past a few businesses to find us. There’s a slightly elevated parking lot. That’s where our suite entrance is. We’re near Harumi Yoga.

You are absolutely welcome to bring a friend or relative, we just request that you only bring one person.

Yes, just be sure to bring frames that don’t have glass (to minimize reflections).

You’ll be able to see your images on an iPad as we shoot. We’ll be paying attention to all the details to make sure your images come out great, but if for whatever reason you don’t like an angle, your hair, makeup, background etc., we will absolutely adjust!

Yes! We usually play 80s, 90s or 2010s hits, but if you have a special request, just ask!
